Though Gwalior Municipal Corporation payment reconciliation system works on a 24 x 7 basis, Gwalior Municipal Corporation offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all online transactions made with the Gwalior Municipal Corporation. Our aim is to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our users, while accommodating the specific nature of municipal services and transactions. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupee (INR) only.

Cancellation Policy

Online Services and Transactions: Requests for cancellations of services must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Cancellations are subject to verification and approval.

Event Registrations: Event registration cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event start to be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Erroneous Transactions: In the case of an erroneous transaction or payment error, please contact our support team within 48 hours. After verification, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three business days.

Service Non-Delivery: If a paid service is not delivered as expected, please contact our customer service with transaction details. Refunds for non-delivery will be processed on a case-by-case basis, with in one week.
